unhelpful

I was just for 55 minutes on the phone trying to make an appointment at Delft day hospital at the dentist. I was transferred so many times throught to the dentist and they just don't pick up, then eventually the guy that transferred me the whole time said he doesn't know what's wrong and why they are not picking up but then he said that they are busy renovating and they phones sometimes doesnt work,then I asked him can't he then take my details and get them to call me back then and he said no I need to come in and I told him I work but he then responded by telling me that I must come in and make the appointment and just come in go a bit late to work but the dentist only accepts appointments at 11 so which will make me very late as I start at 8 in the morning he the carried on and asked can't I send my child to come and make the appointment (which is currently 5 years old) and I said no and then he asked any family and I also said no as they don't live close to me. I then asked him to transfer me again for the last time again and then he told me that the phone makes alot of noise when the dentist don't pick up but he eventually put me through again. I personally feel this is poor service and that what harm would it have done to just take my details or go across to the dentist to find out what's happening why they are not answering there phone. I just need someone to call me back so that I can make an appointment
