Help never received

My dad who is 73 is very sick. Cannot walk, has alot of pain all over his body and is unable to urinate at all. We called the ambulance who advise that we must take him to the Day hospital as they are unable to for reason that just does not make sense. On 23 December 2017 my mom went with my dad to Delft Day hospital at 9am. They got there, gave their particulars and went sit and wait their turn. After 2 hours my mom went to enquire why they haven't been assisted yet as the place only had a few people and were told to just wait. My dad waited the whole day and never once did any nurse or doctor check on him while he was not well. So at 6pm my mom took my dad back home as they were clearly not going to receive any medical assitance from the Day Hospital. My dad is laying at home and getting worse.
