Bad bad service received..

I went to this hospital today at around pass five am with my friend that was very ill, and service was very very bad . we were told to go wait by the other window and i went there to great a folder , we also had to wait for the clerk that arrived at 7.15 am , went back again to emergiancy room . whereby we were asked to wait for doctor and nothing was done and when i ask the nurses they were very rude to us . we only got assistance by the doctor that started at 6 pm. What a bad service to community ! Im very disappointed
