Magats in the meat

I bought tripe from this butchery 1st time. I don't stay in vereeniging I was passing through. To my surprise after defrosting the meat it had magats. This is absolutely disgusting. Do you not check your stock or just don't care as it's parts of the meat usually purchased by black people. Stay away from this butchery they sell rotten meat.
