Rude waitress and bad service

The most rude waitress, and bad service. We ordered ****tails and they said "no, the slush machine is broken". We then asked to make us a mojito and yet again the waitress said "no we can't we don't have the ingredients"

We also had a table outside so we can smoke, but the waitress came up to us and rudely said no you can't smoke.

Our table was very dirty and we had to sanitize it ourself as well.

I don't recommend going to Delfinos, if your looking fod good service .
