Bad service delivery

Me and my wife sat down for lunce...we order a Coke and Fanta floats...the waitor Dennis put the glasses hard down on the table..he splash ol the cooldrink on the table and carry on at the other tables without cleaning..after 10min I call another waiter to clean the table...then a manager arrived at our table and apologize..after another 10 min she returned and tell a that she has send our waiter home and somebody else will service us. Then another waiter Charlene come to us and take our food order...after 5 min a lady Pam arrived en she and Charlene take each other on next to our table on who must serve us...after nearly an hour and a half our food arrived..my order was wrong...I send it back .half a hour later I received my food again..my my wife was long time finish with her food...that is not the type of service that we are use to at Delfino`s.
