Disappointed customer

I went to Del forno for the first time on a Valentine dinner date today their service was a ****,we set for 45 minutes unattended and we were later given menus without proper explanation,the whole thing was a disaster the item on the menu for Starters which we chose, was not served and after 2 hours we realised that this was time wasting and the waiters did not even seem to be apologetic about this and no explanation was atleast given about the delay, eventually we decided to leave. our Valentine's dinner night was ruined. I have never seen such unprofessionalism.
