Unprofessional staff

This is my second time to get disappointed from Dekra in Marlboro in 2020 I wanted to test my car I waited for almost 2 hours after felling the forms that I will have to book and come again . Today I took my car for a roadworthy I was attended by friend lady everyone In reception was very welcoming until my car name was called this grampy lady by the name of Yolanda Kekana took my car for a roadworthy she said I must sign for the keys without saying anything and said I will have to do a rest in my car because my right light doesn't dim. I have 2 option in my car bright and dim how can I light won't dim and said my car is leaking oil I asked her where is the leak coming from she said doesn't know I told her that was a old sweating I fixed it again she said I must change front tyres which are newer that back tyres I feel like i was unlike to find someone with bad attitude I'm not sure or I was supposed to offer her a bribe
