Unorganised service

I came to dekra wynberg on the 24th of August , paid and was told to take my trailer to the waiting line. It was choas and everyone was running around. We waited for 2 hours and were not assisted. The guy in charge , unfortunately I cannot remember his name, said we must leave and come back , they will keep all my documentation. On my return none of my documents were kept and I had to complete all my forms again and proof that I paid for a service not rendered. I was then asked who took my payment by the exact same lady who took my payment. ...and after completing my forms they then tell me there is no record of me ever being here...even though I have the credit card receipt to proof I was there...thank goodness I kept that...on a side note. ..I am sitting here now and customers are trying to pay and they cannot pay because their credit card machine doesn't have paper...so no one can pay and no one can get an invoice. Absolutely unacceptable for such a BIG Name company...
