Unfortunate Experience at Westgate Dekra

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience I had at Westgate Dekra.

On 26/06/2024,I arrived at Westgate Dekra at 5 am, prior to their official opening time, to ensure that I would be among the first in line to submit the necessary documents. Despite being the first to arrive and complete all required paperwork promptly, I was shocked to witness that I was not treated with the same level of priority as other individuals.

It deeply troubles me to say that it appeared that preferential treatment based on racial bias was evident in the proceedings that followed. As a person who believes strongly in fairness and equality, I must assert that the persistence of such discriminatory practices, under the veil of white privilege, is disheartening and causes further division in our society.
