Unbelievable inspection

I went to dekra wynberg on the 30 January, they did they whole inspection when he was almost he said my windscreen had a chip, the chip was as chip was as small as a the front of a ball point pen, i dont wear eye-glasses but i had to put my face against the windscreen to see it. I called the following twice day to request a report, nothing. on the 1 February called for report the guy screamed at me, saying he wont send it since he has not signed it and hang up. Is dekra just here to help make sure the car is roadworthy, or bull**** us?

Thank you but i have checked other reviews, you said the same thing and never responded, some reviews goes as far as June 2017. so probably you will respond in December or next last if you remember.
