Unacceptable Behaviour and Service

Good morning,

Time now is 10:53 as I am typing this message. I arrived here at 08:47, there was physically 2 people infront of me, and 1 uber driver behind me. I went shopping, came back, the 1 couple was gone, the 1 persons vehicle was almost done. There was a Tata behind that caravelle, and a honda. I asked the small dark of complection guy how many cars infront of me,and he said a couple of ubers and 1 car. Apparently only 1 'inspection' guy on duty today. If you know you have a couple of cars for the next day, why have only 1 inspection guy available, knowing you closing early aswell. When I asked the lady in the office who is in charge, she said uncle Chris,as if I am suppose to know who that is. I came back out,informed my husband, and she had an attitude. I wanted to know who to contact to complain,and still had an attitude. I was sitting in the 'waiting' area, and could hear the remarks and tone of voice she had, Ja wat gaan aan met ha, sy het agter hulle gekom, sy moet wag. I am the only female besides her in this building at the moment. So, she cannot say she was speaking about someone else. This is my first time coming here, as Webuycars advised us to come here, BUT NEVER EVER AGAIN. I would rather pay to have my Roadworthy done, than be treated this way.

I honestly hope she does not treat every customer the way she treated me.
