Typing error on vehicle inspection certificate

I took my car for Bolt inspection on Saturday 26th August, when I parked my car it had a chip that I thought would not be a problem but by the time they gave me the key my car had a crack.I didn't complain because a chip can turn into a crack anytime. I just took my inspection certificate and left because they didn't say anything to me so I thought it was fine.I sent the certificate to Bolt they declined my car and said my car had functional deficiency so I must fix everything and do another inspection.I wrote them an email saying I have replaced windscreen and did inspection through rasberry one on tge the 30th but they insisted on sayìng I must fix everything because my car has functional deficiency. I went to check the certificate it stated that my car exterior is unacceptable maybe because of the windscreen but my car doesn't have a scratch or a dent on it.It also state that the car has functional deficiency and defects and exceptions but under defects He put windscreen cracked replace. I called dekra egoli the one in Turfontein rd and asked them to explain ti me what functional deficiency does my car have? They opened their system and said my car doesn't have functional deficiency, it is typing error vy the examiner. I then asked them since my car is being rejected because of the functional deficiency that it doesn't have, how can I have this error removed from my inspection? They said I must bring the car in and pay another R241.00 so I can get a right inspection. I feel used, cheated and ****** right now and the fact of the matter is now Bolt can't take any inspection apart from the one from Dekra.I am defeated, instead of making money I am losing money because of someone's mistake.
