Paid for the full technical inspection. Purchased the vehicle as Dekra said only the tyres failed. Took ca r for a service and they showed that the car had been in an accident. Lights are pointing at the ground at night, coolant looked like mud, oil blowing, compression issue, engine is going to need to be replaced.
