Technical inspection c

Hi there.

I private car sale between myself and Rahul Pitamber which MFC Private car finance administrated the transaction.

Before the car could be financed, MFC asked the car to go for a COR and Technical inspection before any financial transaction can take place, for which I myself would have peace of mine as well.

The car went in for a COR and technical inspection on the 1st of September 2023. The report was done by Sheldon Dauchand. The technical report came back with paint work being the only issue, which i was fine with. No oil leaks or coolant leaks were reported on the reported which i was fine with, therefore, i went through with the finance deal.

Once the car was received by myself, i noticed oil and coolant leak therefore i went to go check the car checked to an RMI approved dealer. Photo's were taken and shown to me that the car had been leaking oil and coolant even before i received it, as coolant leak and dried up coolant shows beneath the engin. I am now concerned that why did Dekra not pick up the leaks or was someone bribed on the side?

Now i am left with a huge bill which i dont even know how to begin with it. if Dekra had picked this up, i would have never went through with the finance deal as now i have a loan and a repair cost to pay. disappointed
