Simply the worst attitude imaginable

<p>Despite the friendly and chatty staff doing inspections outside, the lady working at the reception of the Gezina Main branch goes out of her way to rebuke any friendliness directed at her. I had to deal with her three times and with each stint I was treated with increasing annoyance and impatience, each question being viewed as an intrusion into her day. You feel as if for some reason you're on thin ice the first time you walk in, and it keeps getting thinner with every return. It truly feels like she is doing you a massive favour simply by speaking to you. Perhaps you can automate the customer interaction side of the business, as working on a kiosk would have a more personal touch. </p>
