Shocking Attitude

We have been dealing with Dekra for the past 9 years but it is such an unpleasant experience. For some reason everyone that works there are very rude and unhelpful. We try and bypass using them as far as possible but I think it is time that something is done about this. Please people if you don't like your job find something else whe are the people that pay your salaries at the end of the day. So don't bite the hand that feeds you you need customers in order to survive we are not the enemy.
