Rude unfriendly unhelpfull reception ladies at Dekra Pretoria North

Ladies at reception not very friendly. They do not even greet you. They are very rude and when you are busy talking to them they start talking to someone else or are on their cellphone. It happened the 1ste time and now again when I went back with my problem with the number plates.

They made the long alluminium number plates. It is far to long for all 3 of our vehicle's. I did not know that you get a short and long number plate.

They did not even ask me what kind of number plates I wanted. I asked them that the number plates must not have bubbles. So, why did they not told me that they don't make perspex plates.

We had to change number plates as we moved from another province to gauteng.

When I've went back to show them the plates are to long, they made me out as the ****, they said that I asked for long plates.

If they asked me as they said, then I would have asked them to show me the difference and then I would have phone my husband.

Their response, I am lying and I must pay for new ones, the full amount.
