Rude, Rude, Rude unpleasant service

Dekra Boksburg most rude person I have met this year, from the moment I walked in I was approached her abruptness. Without greeting she was already high pitched telling me to fill in forms. Then when I was trying to make I payment she told me that they needed the actual amount and i should go out and find change. This is written on the wall on their branch, she was showing it to me like I have been here before or I work here. This is some that should have been said in advance.

When I got back they then start looking at cars that were there after me. Making me waiting longer. She is extremely rude I wish I was received by someone else or used a different branch for this.
