Rude customer service and disregard for people's time

The service at the Randburg branch is appalling. I went in last Thursday to make a booking and was told to bring the car in today on Sunday. I get there this morning only to be told I won't be assisted as the lady who does the bookings did not complete my booking, with a very bad attitude at that. The very guy who helped with filling out the form and make payment is just standing there not even giving a reason why the booking was not completed in full and next thing they can't even find my forms. The service received today was very ugly and the people had ugly attitudes and were very rude. Next thing refund cannot even be made or a booking made for tomorrow and I need my papers for Tuesday, they are telling me they can make a booking for next Saturday. How will that help, I regret going to this branch
