Rude attitude and bribery

My daughter is selling her car so he took it for an inspection which was paid by the client. Tim was the tester n failed the car citing many issues. He never drove the car but only shook it and he was as rude as hell. His end words were - it's only a report and it can be changed n to my knowledge that's asking for a bribe to pass it. Surprisingly my daughter told the client what happened n he told me that he heard the same about the company n Tim in particular
