Rude and Arrogant Male staff member.

I had taken my car in on Saturday as I wanted to check the alignment of the head lights, a white VW Polo. The weather was bad and it was raining, I went in, spoke to the reception , told me the guy that normally does this is busy and I should wait, I asked her where I should park, she said park in one of the "green bays", all of them were full so I asked a second gentlemen who was busy fixing a car , where can I park, he told me park in inside towards the middle so I did. The next thing, a white guy with the glasses comes to my car asking me why did I park there, I am parked on the way, who say I could park there, kept going on and on to the extent that he even starting complaining to another customer about me, he was absolutely rude and arrogant and even my wife asked why didnt I tell him were to get off but the truth is I needed the service so I just held my nerve. I moved my car outside and waited a further 30 minutes, No one seemed to bother or even give me an indication that I would be helped. No customer should be treated this way, I felt humiliated and disrespected at the way the guy spoke to me, screaming and talking loud for everyone to hear I parked in the wrong place. He didnt even give me a chance to explain that I did ask one of the staff members and they told me I could move my vehicle towards the middle. I will never take my vehicle to Dekra Midrand again and I will definitely spread the word about my experience. I doubt this guys mother thought him about respect and humility , I will definitely go back to give me a peace of my mind, arrogant *****!
