Review of Dekra Randburg – Poor Service and Inaccurate Report

I recently took my vehicle to Dekra Randburg for an inspection, and the experience was highly disappointing. I paid R666 for a report in which they rated my car's interior as 'unacceptable', citing only that the aircon wasn't getting cold. After checking it myself, I found the aircon to be working fine—it just needed a gas refill.

This minor issue does not justify an "unacceptable" rating for the entire interior, and their inaccurate report led to my applications with Bolt and Uber being declined, impacting my ability to earn an income.

The incompetence in accurately assessing the car has cost me time, money, and potential job opportunities. I would not recommend their services if you're looking for a reliable and fair assessment of your vehicle.
