Refund

I went for car roadworthy test at Midrand yesterday,from post office I was referred to them because I could not renew my disc ,they then found few faults and failed the car and told me am given 14days to fix faults then will be granted certificate..but today I had to ask traffic department why I have to do road worthy test always and informed that because in the system it shows it’s used as a maxi taxi...I then called dekra after I verified the above info...my plea is this happened yesterday and I dnt need the certificate can I perhaps be charged admin and get my refund..I don’t need certificate because i mistakenly paid for what I don’t need and it’s not like am given a certificate
