Refund

On the 20th of August 2024 l took my car to Dekra automotive Turfontain for roadworthy. After l have paid R795 , l canceled and asked for a refund because the price was too high. Been told will get my refund after 3-7 working days. It's 10 days now without getting my refund. I called on during the week Wednesday they told me they had technical issues but will get my money on the 30th which is Friday. I made a follow up in the morning Friday, they are now telling me they still have to call head office, it's seems like they taking me from pillar to post.
