Randburg Branch attitude appaling
<p>Your Randburg branch is PATHETIC , failing a roadworthy by claiming that control arm bushes are worn and still refusing to pass the car even after BMW inspect the apparently "torn" bushes and say that the parts are still fine.All of this on a vehicle that has 90000kms and just out of motorplan. Seems your testers think they know more than the dealers who service and replace parts on these cars everyday.If a part is good enough for a BMW franchised dealer surely it should easily be good enough for Dekra. Above that a certain tester who i will not name at this point has the audacity to swear and proclaim that he is the be all and end all and can fail a car at his discretion and does not care what BMW has to say and if i have a problem with that i should go to BMW to get a roadworthy. Im am still appaled at the service received. ***** the apparent peace of mind Dekra reports seem to give. Bosch offers a similar service and it is far more in depth. They also run a computerised diagnostic check , something your Dekra centres do not do!!! I will never make use of Dekra again !!!</p>

Having looked through sans 10047 , specifically relating to engine performance. I see nothing about low engine output being a criteria for passing a test. The only thing i see is that a vehicle was modified and the power output is clearly too high in relation to the body , it is up to the tester to decide if the vehicle meets roadworthy standards or not. Please correct me if i am wrong on this.Also i see on your website that i may inspect your code of practice upon request. I would like to view that code of practice.Thanks
