Poor service and negligence. "Boksburg branch"

I went for a car inspection on the 15th of April to use for uber application. An error "registration number " was made on the document which has led to my application being rejected ever since. Prior to getting my inspection done, I had to complain to the manager as I wasn't being attended to but cars that had come after me were being attended. I must now miss work and pay for petrol for them to correct this, it's really frustrating. I now feel stupid having going back and fourth about my documents being in order only to find that there really is an error made by Dekra employees on the document as they got my registration number wrong.
