Poor customer services

Hi, I did a report with these guys for Uber at Hillcrest and uber rejected the report without a valid reason, chased after the reason and they took their time to give me feedback. Feedback was that Dekra's report was meant for "private client', went back to them today and the staff there just told me to do another report because the lady that did my report left blah blah. Terrible work ethic, looked at me with disgust, I have no issue with doing the report again, obviously the report has expired, but the staff needs training, from the admin to the site manager. One of the worst experiences ever, too egotistical when all I was looking for is an apology, teamwork makes the teamwork, whether it is bad work or great work.
