Non existent Customer Service

The worst customer service you could receive. I had my vehicle headlight adjusted in Midrand by a useless, arrogant technician. Drove to Durban that evening with very bad road view. Downright dangerous to drive. I took the vehicle to Durban only to be told to contact the Pinetown branch. Spoke to the Manager who commented that they don't have the skill to do headlight adjustment and promised to contact the Manager in Midrand to resolve the issue. Needless to say nothing was done and I am still waiting for their response. Only too late do did I see the long list of negative comments on Hellopeter. Makes one wonder how they survive in a competitive market.
