No peace of mind when purchasing second hand vechicle
<p>The Dekra technical report (about R1800) was done on a car that I was interested in purchasing. The inspection was done at the Edenvale branch and reflected no water leaks for the test. I took delivery of the car on the same day as the test and noticed water coming from the engine bay. </p> <p>As confirmed with the franchise agents: the radiator needed to be replaced as it was cracked and leaking. </p> <p>The report also mentions replacing worn brake pads, when in fact, again confirmed by agents that the pads are good for another 15000kms. </p>

Excellent response and customer care by AA Dekra to my complaint. The guys went out of there way to assist me.
I will definitely be using this service again when buying a seond hand car.
