No accountability

Logged a car inspection fault on 30 September 2023. Received an email from Marthinus Schutte that the matter is under investigation.

i was given a call on 06-10-2023 by Sudesh Maharaj ***) manager of Dekra Pinetown , he asked me about the condition of the car which i did inform him. I have given him the number of CarTime Midrand branch to call in and confirm with the technician on the condition which the car is in, I followed up with the branch, Sudesh never called in.
