Never trust a Dekra report.
I bought a vehicle through We Buy Cars. While buying the vehicle I check the Dekra report and see it is rated as a platinum vehicle. The technician that did the report was Mbuso Shozi. If you believe the Dekra report the vehicle is spotless. When I take it for it's first service, Ford quote me R69000 just to fix the faults on the vehicle. This is supposed to be a spotless vehicle.

26 Jun 2024, 17:23Wynand Smit did contact me. They ask me to bring my vehicle to the nearest DEKRA station. I drove 200km to the station where Raymond Pelser was very helpful. After inspecting the vehicle I was told Wynand will give me feedback. After waiting for a week I follow up regarding the feedback. Wynand Smit ignore me. I contact Raymond Pelser and he told me he did escalate it and that Sudesh from the Durban branch will contact me. I am still very unhappy with the service I got from DEKRA.
