My car was hit my a Dekra Automotive driver

<p>I Mr Bongani Vilakazi hereby kindly state that on 24 of April 2017 next to East Rand Mall, Boksburg, my car was hit by a reckless driver by the name of Jacques D. Joubert who was driving a Dekra white Polo. The driver didn't stop at the stop sign in a parking lot as I was going to park my car. I have all the evidence and witnesses. I need his company to pay my car as I use it for business. </p>
