Most Rude reception lady I have ever!!!

<p>I had arrived there just before 10am today. Where there were about four cars waiting. I filled in the paer work and I was told that it would take about 40mins.</p> <p> </p> <p>at about 11:30 (over an hour and a half later) I was starting to lose patience and I told the lady at the desk that it has been over an hour and my car hasnt been attended to. She immediately reponded "Don't come here with attitude" and she continued raising her voice. I was soo upset by her response, I asked for my refund and rather go somewhere else as I will not be spoken to in such a manner. Sadly, since I used a card there was a process which to claim my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst customer service ever! no client should be answered in that manner....</p> <p>Really dispicable and disrespectful</p>
