Look for an alternative, they don't want your money

I went to two Dekra shops, and I was told we are full, but when I emailed they said Dekra is open until 5pm. So what do they mean they are full. They don't want our money anymore. I came 3 hours before 5pm. I really don't understand. If I was you I'd go to a business that's not too busy for your money.
