false information on vehicle check

In 2012 I purchached a smart for two coupe, and according to the bank the vehicle needed to go through a multi point check before finance could be approved.<br> <br> According to the multi point check done there was no faults on the vehicle, when I got the vehicle from the previous owner I noticed some concerns and after taking the vehicle to an automotive mechanic, it was found that the noise coming from the enjin was infact the manifold gaskits that was damaged.<br> <br> There was also no tool and jack in the vehicle. The windscreen had small cracks. and the back bumper bracket was damaged. I have send emails, which was ignored, and till today I have still not received any feedback.
