False Bolt Report from Dekra Durban City

I just want to express my dissappointment to Dekra Durban City. the report issued to me on the 7th April 2025 from Dekra Durban City on 17 Milne Street is not an honest report by the technician. I just bought a car recently from WeBuyCars Germiston which had a clean Dekra report done in Pretoria. My cousin took my car in for a Bolt inspection on the 7th and the report came back stating that my car does not have a Radiator cradle and my car's exterior is unacceptable. Unfortunately I wasn't there when the inspection was done but as soon as I saw the report I knew that this was not true. My car is in Good condition on the inside and outside and drives like a dream with no funny noises and heating problems. In my understanding the radiator is mounted on the cradle and there is no other way of installing the radiator without the cradle so I knew that this report is a lie. I just got the car and have been busy taking it for inspections and so these issues on this report should've been picked up on all the previous inspections done on the car. To further prove this I took the car for another inspection at another Dekra branch in Pinetown and the report came back clean with no faults found. I honestly believe that the man who inspected the car does not deserve to work in a a highly reputable company like this on such a crucial position as this reflects a bad image on your company, i have heard a lot of people complain about the branch but never thought i'd be a victim of this kind of service. I honestly believe he had a motive behind this act to fail my car for some unknown reason. Since I have now done the inspection at another branch and no longer need another bolt inspection done, i will be paying them a visit to to get a refund for this false report. oh and i have also sent an email on monday 14th compaining about this and attached documetns from all previous inspections and also provided photos of the vehicle which is claimed to be in an unacceptable condition to prove that is false. unfortunately that email also hasnt been rep**** to and calls dont get answered
