Failure to Deliver as Promised

I took my car to Dekra Marlboro about 2 months back and the service was very good no complaints. Today I called them requesting them to email me the copy of the inspection report, they lady said I should email her on *** of which I did she will send it . I called again in an hour to follow up on the report she said she will send it. I called again after 20 minutes and she said she will send it. It's disappointing that no one got back to me regarding the inspection report. I'm not in Gauteng hence I requested that she email it to me.

For this I will never recommend any of my family or friends to Dekra Marlboro.
