Distribution of ********** documents

On the 25th of March 2020 I took my car for an Uber vehicle inspection at Dekra Automotive on Milne Street Durban so I could beat the deadline of the lockdown. Fast forward three months later Uber rejects the document stating it doesn't appear on the system of the said date. I've been here three times now and no one wants to take accountability for it and they keep on dismissing the seriousness of the situation, I could even loose my operating license because of this it's ********** in every way possible on my side but all I kept on hearing was its not my Problem.
