Dishonest,bad service,**** attiude

<p><br />We went there yesterday the 1/6/2017 to do a roadworthy test on our car. After paying the amount we had to we waited an Hour for the car to be checked in this time all the inspectors were sitting and doing nothing playing on there phones. once i complained about this they then slowly and half heartedly took our car in for the inspection. i then stood at the bay entrance watching them do the the inspection. while this was taking place i witnessed the lady do this underside inspection while a 2nd person was sitting in the car where he proceeded to scratch around going through our personals, i find this very offensive. and unprofessional from the dekra branch. needless to say they did not do the inspection properly and failed the car on points that were subject to be passed . when i inquired about the failed points that wernt valid all i got from the inspector was "Its not my problem". if this is how dekra does its business then i really dont know how it can be said that honest and professional service is given .</p> <p> </p>
