Disgusting service.

I brought my car to Dekra for a roadworthy certificate. A white lady told me that I needed to fill out some forms. After filling it out, I stood around randomly for the next 5 minutes with forms finally asking her to take it because she was busy doing her own work and texting on her blackberry. I then paid. A white guy walks in and goes through the same process but she asks for his keys. I had to tell her to take mine after he did. After waiting for 1.5 hours the white guy's car was completed before mine. I had to get up and make a point of it before getting my car assessed. I walked out 35 minutes after the white guy. Why the selective service? I am not impressed. I paid R435 for some of worst and discriminatory service I have ever received. It is utterly ridiculous. I urge all consumers to check their vehicles elsewhere and not at Dekra. PS. they are going to say that they were busy. That's nonsense. I should receive a refund for the time I wasted in the office. Not a chance that I will be going back for number plates.
