Disgusting Dekra

Worst service ever. dropped my car at 8:00 in the morning for full technical inspection (over R2 000) all the signboards indicate 2-5hrs for the service. No phone call form Dekra, nothing! I had to call the 5 1/2 hors later only to be told my car is ready. Upon arrival they never had the report I paid R2 000 for? What the lady hell kind of company is this
