One thing I realize about this company, I feel they fail cars for Uber or Bold for minor issue. Everytime we try to do roadworthy nor inspection for Bolt or Uber car will fail once and pass the 2nd time, even when you complete those things you still pay same amount despite doing same thing twice. Lastly how can vehicle pass roadworthy yet fail inspection of Uber or Bolt.

19 Feb 2025, 08:45Good day Benjamin Mash, we conduct inspections according to the NRTA and a customer specific matrix. yes, it is possible that the vehicle can pass the roadworthy inspection and fail the Uber/Bolt inspection.
