Dekra vehicle inspections

A vehicle I wanted to buy was sent to Dekra Brakenfell on the 30th of January for a full inspection prior to buying it....so that I could have "peace of mind" that the vehicle was in a good condition with now hidden surprises. The Dekra website suggests they provide this "peace of mind" but it turns out they do anything but that. The vehicle has loads of issues with it....least of all that there is oil in the radiator (CLEARLY indicated by a chalky white appearance of the coolant in the radiator and a build up of oil sludge in the coolant reservoir, which would have easily been seen if the radiator cap had actually been opened!!!), and coolant in the gearbox!!! I now have to replace the radiator and overhaul the gearbox due to the damage that wasnt picked up by the "comprehensive" inspection that was clearly not done by Dekra Brakenfell. I have mailed Dekra with the hope that they might respond....but they havent bothered to do this either. Please stay WELL CLEAR of Dekra facilities and rather use a competent organization when needing reliable pre purchase assessment of a used vehicle.
