Dekra report not worth the paper its on

I put a review on a few weeks ago on this platform, How Dekra ratings can't be trusted. I got a mail from Marius Schutte saying please provide information regarding complaint. Sent information and photos he hasn't even bothered to reply. Sent another mail and same thing does not reply. im not leaving it there I will be taking it to the Motor industry Ombudsman. I just find it hard to believe that they getting away with conduct like this.
