Dekra Randburg is *******

I went to Dekra the second time as the car didn't pass the first road worthy test. I had an appointment for 10 am the next Saturday which I was told that it would take 40 minutes after the 40 minutes the car was not even taken into the shop. After asking what was going on only an hour after that did they start with the car. Multiple customers are having the same issue at Randburg dekra worst customer service and experience I have ever witnessed
