Dekra Montague Gardens

Went in at 9am, just for a condition report and road worthy test. They said it would be an hour and a half. Ended up leaving just before 12pm.

They promised me the condition report that afternoon or early morning the next day. After a number of phone calls, they said they will be emailing it. I then waited 5 hours and still nothing. I then phoned them again and said they have it and they about to email it through right now. I then waited another 30 min for the report as she said she got distracted.

They just need to work on communication so customers don’t keep getting angry and impatient

Lastly, It is often extremely card to hear the person on the other end only when I’m calling Dekra. Not sure if something is wrong with your phones.
