Dekra Manager Bad Attitude

Took my car in at the branch for a fitness test, the lady helping Me fails my car because I needed steel plates as plastic plates are now *******. I go there the next day having changed the plates, sat there for an hour then am told they also need riverts on the plates , went to get riverts installed came back after an hour then am told , the plates need to be on a special plate. Am getting agitated because of the run around so the lady helping me decides to call in manager who has no idea what it means to be a manager. The first thing he does is tell me why am asking stupid questions and goes on to accuse me of calling his staff names. This man was litrally wanting to get into a fist fight with me. I not been part of the old apathied , dispersation and hate to use the racial card,but this was totally it, from the way he was handling me ,to how he even spoke to me. This was the most terrible service ever received in 40 years.
