Dekra Hatfield bad service and attitude from the workers.

I got to dekra Hatfield on Saturday 14th of January to get my Uber and bolt inspections I paid and waited an hour at the time to inspect they told me to go wash the car and when I came back they was closed. The inspector was Emmanuel Mmbooi that guy is so rude and does not deserve a job. I got back on Monday and the report says the car has functional deficiencies for a dent on the outside. They are just punishing me because I made a complaint.
