DEKRA false technical report
I purchased a vehicle that went through a DEKRA technical and roadworthy inspection (Inv No. MID137476) at the Midrand branch. The inspection was done on th4 29th of November with the only issue being that the tyres need replacing. The tyres were replaced and the reports concluded with no further issues with the vehicle. Wesbank approved the finance as the technical inspection concluded by Dekra showed no serious issues where there were serious suspension issues on the vehicle. The track rod bushings were badly worn and the air-suspension has a leak in the rear. This is unacceptable for a service provider like DEKRA to miss these suspension issues as they are supposed to be the best, at least that's why WESBANK insisted on the inspection. I have a copy of the report which indicates there were no issues. Had I known about these issues I would not have purchased the car.
